In a big move on June 28th, Governor Charlie Baker signed legislation, which will change a number of rates and requirements.
His “grand bargain” bill raises the state’s minimum wage to
- $15 a hour by 2023
- adds a guaranteed paid family in 2021
- medical leave program in 2021
- establishes a permanent sales tax holiday
- removes Sunday and Holiday time and a half pay
In order to help finance everything the burden will be placed on the workers with a new payroll tax.

Our base charge for a weekly payroll is $35.00 per pay period, if you do your payroll every two weeks the base charge is $45.00 per pay period, and $55.00 if you run monthly.
We have a yearly fee of $52.00.
We do the quarterly filings for free.
We do not charge for direct deposits
