(“Dennis & Associates, P.C.,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Messaging Terms”). Participation in the Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

*1. Program Description*

By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt into the Program and consent to receive recurring messages from us at that number, even if it is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list.
You confirm that:
– You are the authorized user or owner of the provided number.
– You will promptly notify us of any changes to your mobile number by calling 617-479-6300.
Participation in the Program is not a requirement for purchasing our products or services and is entirely voluntary.

*3. User Opt-Out and Support*
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages:
– Reply *STOP*, *QUIT*, *CANCEL*, *OPT-OUT*, or *UNSUBSCRIBE* to any message from us.
You may continue to receive messages during the short processing period of your opt-out request and a one-time opt-out confirmation message. These commands are the only acceptable methods for opting out.
To rejoin the Program, follow the initial sign-up process.

If we change the telephone number or short code used for the Program, we will notify you. However, we are not responsible for processing requests sent to outdated numbers or codes.

The Program is provided “as-is” and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers.
We and our service providers are not liable for:
– Delayed, failed, or misdirected messages.
